Dr. Ammar Hussain Pabaney is a distinguished general dentist and implantologist committed to delivering advanced, comprehensive, and patient-centered dental care. With a foundation built on academic excellence and global training, Dr. Pabaney combines precision, innovation, and compassion to provide exceptional outcomes for his patients.
Born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan, Dr. Pabaney graduated as Valedictorian from the University of Karachi’s Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program, earning multiple gold medals and academic honors. He further expanded his surgical training through Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery externships at the University of Michigan, the University of Cincinnati, and Boston Medical Center before completing his Advanced Standing DMD at Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with High Honors and Dean’s List recognition.
Dr. Pabaney completed advanced fellowship training in Dental Implantology under internationally recognized leaders in the field. In recognition of his clinical excellence and educational contributions, he has earned Masterships and Fellowships from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics (AAIP). He has successfully cleared Part I of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID) Diplomate examination and is actively pursuing full Diplomate status. In June 2026, he will receive the prestigious Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) — an achievement earned by fewer than 6% of dentists nationwide.
His clinical expertise spans comprehensive general dentistry, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and full mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Pabaney’s primary passion lies in advanced implant dentistry, particularly All-on-X implant-based full arch rehabilitation, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, guided bone regeneration, and immediate implant placement.
Beyond private practice, Dr. Pabaney serves as a Surgical Faculty member for the Live Implant Training (LIT) Institute, teaching implant surgery across the United States, Mexico, and Nicaragua. He is deeply committed to mentorship and education, delivering lectures to dental students and clinicians, and annually travels to Pakistan on mission trips to provide pro-bono implant care to underserved communities.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pabaney enjoys swimming, pickleball, cricket, and cheering on the Boston Celtics. He is married to his dental school sweetheart, Sarah, and they are proud parents to two daughters, Ruqayyah and Khadijah.
